So I'm undoubtedly a cat person. I can't seem to do anything useful. I just eat and sleep alot. 

I've been working. Like literally working. Did some fun things like Megacon, AFO, and Otronicon. Even went to my first Game Dev Jam at Global Game Jam. Unfortunately drawing took a back seat, but hey, what's an artist without his life experiences to reflect on.

So what's up? Well...

1. I got a Tumblr...

...But I use it for fitness stuff!! Nyah. I'll post my art there... Someday...

Its mostly me enjoying myself, debating whether or not eating like a pig is the right choice for me in life. Actually, its about a no-junk-food challenge I took over thirty days (90 meals) while I worked in construction during May 2015. I believe fitness is very important and that's where I'm going to steer my artistic hobbies too.

2. My new nickname is KRAKENHEAD

Why KRAKENHEAD? I don't know it just sounds cool. Every time I use it for whatever reason people usually think its sounds cool too. Especially at Smash Bros. night at our my local card shop. I live in Oviedo, FL and UCF Gaming Knights has a nice Smash Bros. scene where I live. So if you watch Smash Bros. Project M on Twitch TV you may get lucky and see me casting at one of our weeklies won't see me because Project M makes me pull my hair out and I'm not a hype black commentator.

3. I've upgraded my setup! 

I am now a user of the Almighty-Yiynova MSP19U!!  I don't want to say I hated drawing on my bamboo but I couldn't draw like I could in my 14x17'' sketchbook. Wide strokes are important to me. And working on one screen with a bunch of applications is pretty cumbersome. And scanning my giant sketchbook into a tiny scanner is not a sustainable practice. The Yiyinova is awesome so far, its really making this an easy comeback. I'm still working with it but feel free to ask me questions because I did decide to get this over the Cintiq 13HD. Not only have I been using it for a year, it is still kicking ass, yes - get one if you want a Cintiq alternative, it is a quality product and I assume with the popularity newer versions with better specs will come out.
